I really struggled yesterday, I have an issue with binge eating. I binged yesterday and I'm feeling really guilty about it today. The scale says I gained three pounds but I find that hard to believe, so I am thinking about not entering it now and entering it later just to see what happens. The other issue might be that I haven't had a bowel movement in about 12 hours, so we'll see. The other option could be that I am starting shark week soon so that might be why I binged yesterday, kinda gave into cravings you know?
