I've got the next 3 days off from work so I should be able to get my walks in, 2 yards mowed, 2 rentals ready and the brakes and oil done on the car. I'm sure other stuff will come up before Friday. Today I woke up with little energy but I'm gonna have something to eat and push on. I went over my RDI last night and really didn't expect to see a drop. Good luck to everyone, have a great week.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
