That was an unexpected surprise :) and still got my squats and benchpress!! I understand that it is a day to day variation and I may be heavier tomorrow, but still nice to see :) Thank you sincerely for all the support!!
190.7 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
