1 cup Mc Cain African Stir fry topped with a dishing up spoon mutton casserole. Potatoes were tempting but I promised myself I will be good. Weigh day tomorrow!

Girl just a reminder that carbs aren't the enemy, they're pretty important as a part of a well balanced lifestyle and well maintained lifestyle in the future, you're not being bad by having carbs, everything in moderation will ensure a healthier relationship with food now and in the future and will make your goals more sustainable in the long run.

Thanks for this advice. Normally try include but just have to get my head around the fear. Learning to trust the process without the guilt.

I have lost just over 70kg so far, I still eat pizza, burgers, fries, subs.... You know all the "EVIL" foods. Oh and I still enjoy desert aswell. The fear of food we have is instilled by the people claiming to help.... Yes you still need veggies and nutritious foods and salads etc but we can still enjoy life❤️ hope that gives you some hope and strength.

Evil foods I refer to is what everyone says to stay away from like pizza and burgers, pasta, french fries, desserts etc basically everything you look at and think I'm on a diet I can't eat that.... Yes yes you can! Just watch your portions., if you want pizza go get some but where you would eat a whole pizza just have one or two slices, want a burger? Go get one but choose the lesser option no fancy extras and leave the fries and drink get a water or diet soda, if you can the best option is to make everything at home, you can choose healthy ingredients and cut tons of fats from your foods, if you want ice cream go for it but also look for recipes to make your own icecream at home, changes like this will make a HUGE difference in your motivation to keep going while keeping you on goal.
