Didn't sleep well last night, went to sleep after 1am and woke about 6:30am. Ate the last strawberry muffin this morning before pilates, and vow not to buy any more !

Read a lot of the day today, except for doing the bills etc. Took about a 2 hour nap this afternoon, but still sluggish. When I don't go to bed at the same time I feel slow the next day.

My friend in Arizona was having back surgery today and I've been thinking about her all day long, hoping that the surgery went well.

Not too long ago there was a study on the news that said they believe not getting enough sleep can cause weight gain. From my personal life I can see that, when you're tired and sluggish sometimes food just sounds good! Hope your friend's surgery went well!

Want2lose, thanks for the comments. Talked to my friend Tuesday and she sounds really positive. She's home from hospital, and is in pain from incision which is normal, but has a very positive attitude and I'm so happy for her.
