Seems like the more healthier I eat the more Fat and less protein I am consuming this week. Have to work on that. Also after lifting tuesday my chest is still a little sore. It's been a few months since I lifted and I played no mursey with it by lifting heavy first then lightened up to a normal weight. Think i had 20 on each side of the 45lb bar, then lightened it to 15lbs on each.
