As much as I hate the statement "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels", I kind of have to agree with it now that I am thin again. Or amend it to "nothing tastes as good as healthy feels" because I haven't felt this good in 5 years. Not just about my body. I have more energy, I'm less grumpy, my skin is clearer, and I finally feel like I have control of my life.
