Exercised 6 days last week: Monday-gym, Tuesday-bellydance (didn't count that), Wednesday-gym, Thursday-run, Friday-run, Saturday-gym, Sunday-swim. It felt so good to have that much variety! I was suprised because I tend to thrive in routine, but last week felt good. Hoping to continue this week! Eating slipped up a little this weekend though, sis was in town from DC as was a family friend from Sweden, so the weekend was company picnic friday, did not go badly at all not a super ton of junk food around--all the chips were eaten by the time I got there so it was a veggie burger and tiny scoop of potato and macaroni salad for me. Dinner saturday night, Indian food--that was a splurge for sure but had prepared for it so hopefully not too much damage done, Brunch sunday made sure to only eat half of everything on my plate, but did order what I wanted omlette with ham, cheese onions and green peppers, hashbrowns and toast, then dinner with the grandparents sunday night, did not do as well with restraint, but will exercise today, drink lots of water, and make up for some of the points used this weekend. Should turn out fine I think. Need to go grocery shopping badly, running low on my fresh fruit for the week.

You should be fine. Sometimes a high calorie day mixed in the week is a good thing to trick your metabolism and get it moving again. : )
