Hey guys have been sick with tonsillitis and on my first day back in the gym I injured my back/shoulder. So I will have to follow a VERY strict diet over the next few weeks. I'm not even going to track my caloric burn as much as I am going to adhere strictly to a diet of 2950 cal a day, everyday.
