What happened??? How did I get so off track? It all fell apart when I arrived at the gym Monday during lunch and had forgotten my shoes. It continued to go downhill from there. I basically said screw it for the last three days which is just plain stupid. So... today... gym bag packed WITH shoes - check; lots of healthy food in my lunchbag - check; good attitude - check! How can I go wrong?
