MY TIP OF THE DAY - RECALiBRATE YOUR MEASURING ESTIMATES

One of the first things I tell folks looking to reduce body fat is "Measure everything!" So this tip is for those of us that have already applied the above, and have progressed to where we now estimate most measurement based on rememberance of our original obsesive measuring. Today I decided to measure my honey out for my daily oatmeal. Turns out I have been conservatively estimating 2 tbsp, when I was actually using only 1 tbsp. That's a 60 cal savings... to be used for an extra bite of Chunky Monkey later!
