extreme foot pain (like caused by a stress fracture) is causing me to be unable to do my exercises :(
Going to try an apple and cinnamon water drink that's meant to help with my metabolism. I'll let you guys know whats its like :)

there are 600 muscles in a body... there is always a muscle left to train!!! no excuses!

Me too, been trying to find alternatives to running. Push ups/Sit ups, swimming, and arm exercises with dumbells really give me a good workout. Try it!

I've literally been told by my doctor to rest and not do my usual exercises as it could worsen the injury
