I was pleasantly surprised by the number on the scale this morning - But I know I cannot weigh in every day. OR NOT? Why not?

Fluctuating weight readings will discourage me? Not me. I know myself. It will make me focus more. Looking at my own history, that is what worked best for me in the past. So I made my decision, I will weigh in every day. AND record it here, so that I can be honest with myself :)

So far I am thoroughly enjoying this journey. :D
