A little dip! Yay!!! I'm so happy with where my weight is going! I must admit I'm extremely strict on my eating. My intermittent fasting is going pretty great, I've been able to do longer fasts. Yesterday I opened my eating window at 3pm and closed it at 7.30 which was pretty good. Just a bit more to go and I'll be at my goal! Yay!
