I was supposed to have a training session today, but my Great Aunt died this weekend, so I needed to be with my family today. I called the gym to see if they had gotten my email (that way I had notified them 24 hours in advance!) and they said they were going to call me anyway...
They're pretty sure my trainer, under the age of 30, suffered a stroke this weekend.
...Oh Lord.
