after 3 days of not working out and not getting a goodnight sleep i had an abnormal workout. not only that gained.

On the plus side i got in 200 crunches and 100 push-up so I have one day made up from the days I missed
291.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 76.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
