Struggling lately. Still working on my experiment. Less than a week left. It's going well. Still exercising and weight training, which is also going well. I'm struggling because the scale has gone up. I know it's only one measure, so I've decided to break up with it for a while. I'm going to take progress pics and measurements on Monday. I know my pants are looser! I'm going to continue and not give up.

Hang in there, weight can fluctuate for many different reasons.

Thanks Morticia! It's hard, but giving up just gets me back at the starting line. I've come this far, I don't want to quit now!
