Still holding steady. Overall I'm doing ok, I'd just would like to be able to break out of this plateau.
I had a good weekend of soccer and am getting lots of walking and running in, which is good. I'm ok for food, but I'm starting to get weary of my standard breakfast (veggies and eggs) and lunch (salad with a bit of turkey breast). Gotta find some more good alternatives that I can add to the mix. I used to do very carb-heavy breakfasts-- cereal or oatmeal or a bagel or something like that. I liked that those are very easy and although my new standard breakfast is something that I enjoy, it takes time to make it in the mornings and I am getting a bit bored with it after eating almost the same thing every day since Feb. LOL.

Hi, try making the egg muffins, you can add whatever you want for a variety and you can make them ahead and pop them in the oven. Just do a search for low carb egg muffins, they are basically little quiches made in muffin tins. Good luck :-)

You may already be doing this, but I make my salads more interesting by putting in LOTS of different veggies to give it more color and more texture. Purple cabbage, orange bell peppers, avocado, nuts, olives. I also vary the protein by using salmon, chicken, turkey, and sometimes beef.
