Yesterday was a total disaster. All the progress flu helped me make I destroyed in one day. Why do I do that? How do I do that? How come it is so easy to gain and so hard to lose? Anyway, today is a new day and I am back on track, no matter what.

Julia comes back to day. She had her official Army detail, escorting Viet Nam era remains to Wyoming. Very official in her dress blues. It is nice to see the importance they put on a mission of this type. Full honors.

So, I am putting together a new salad with brown rice and garbanzos, amother other goodies, and must see what I can do with chicken thighs.

New day...new start.
