I found that if you mix almond coconut milk, 45 cal per cup, plus i table spoon of chocolate slim fast it makes a good dessert, like a chocolate coconut milk shake..yum..! Does any body have some other ideas of making good, low cali, desserts? Thanks Erica

I enjoy those Atkins Meal bars and snacks. I don't know if I would say that they are necessarily low calorie but they are definitely low carb. There's a big variety and they taste really good.

add organic chocolate syrup to the coconut almond milk and you have an almond joy!!
