Haven't weighed in a week or 20. Up and down on diet - zero salads - have to get better there. desert 2 nights, pizza 2 nights. eating bread every night.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
