Wasted 140 calories on two Russell Stover Sugar-Free Pecan Delights today, which I ate to stimulate a bowel movement. Didn’t work. Today is my 4th day without a BM. If I haven’t gone by tomorrow morning, i will have five days of stool in me for weigh-in, and I will take a suppository. The 1-1/2 tablets of Glycopyrrolate has been working great for the sweating - not so great by causing extreme constipation. Might have to cut down to only one pill. Or maybe just take 1-1/2 every other day. I’ll figure this out.

Had a terrible thing happen today! The pool which I sold about a week ago, and which we got all the water out of, got caught by battering 30 mph winds today. It didn’t blow away, but it collapsed. Giving guy back his money, and letting him have the pool for free if he wants it. Was also VERY dirty on the bottom when we drained it.
