I am finally back. I have been really sick. I fell then I got so sick. Now I am sick again. I hurt all the time in my legs. I am so tired of this. I have to start somewhere. I quit weight watchers because I never went. I am overwhelmed with everything. THe pain is killing me and waking me up at night. I now have somekind of illness of a sore throat, fever, coughting and aches and pains. I am just complaining today. I have not been able to do the challenge at all. I fell right when the challenge started. I hurt my ankle and everypart of my body felt the pain of the fall. It was incredible. I do dread getting old if when you fall the pain is that bad or worse. Anyway I am gonna try to do some kind of excercise.

I usually do not complian this much but it has been a rough few weeks.
Things will get better.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
