Had the "diet blues" yesterday but I guess Im over it now, I weighed myself this morning said I was down 1.6 lbs I dont want to record it cause I only want to rely on weekly numbers I think that myite be better for me as I get a little OCD on things. Anywho I feel pretty good, I just really hope I have the endurance to make this a lifestyle instead of a "trying to lose weight moment".
