Three deficits deep. Have to say that I am doing better than I have done in years lol. I have been trying to keep my deficits between 700-1000 cal per day. This is comfortable for me and I hope I can keep it up for awhile. Almost at a pound lost! I won't even start feeling this until weeks from now but it's a start.
