Lost 2 lbs this week & I think I've broken the plateau! For me, the key is those nasty carbs. My body really wants to hang on to that fat if my carb intake is high. The carbs I get are mostly from fruits & vegs. As usual, the weekends are always a challenge but I will just stayed focused.
