did okay today woke up late so I didn't get to really eat breakfast like I planned to, but did eat an Atkins bar on the way to work then may pan seared steak with mustard sauce from the Atkins for Life cookbook, which was really really good, so far out of 3 recipes that I have tried out of the book they all have been really good, I'm glad I bought it! so today only ate 9grams, I know that may be too low but I'm fully and not craving anything so I'll just go from there.
