You could try reducing your carbs. Are you getting any exercise in? Maybe some walking?

you'll start to lose weight when you lose more calories than you eat in a day, cutting carbs down and drinking a lot of water helped me start losing faster but also moving a little every day! :) keep at it, step 1 is complete!

It's not bad for you but if you want to burn fat you need reduced carbs, as carbs are your main energy source. Fat is a secondary source so your body will want to use carbs first.

I need to get 1,438 Calories/day to lose weight my Carbs 174.93g that good or bad I been walking a lot too I’m going to keep at this I’m just watching what I eat no junk food at all I’m staying away from that this app helping me a lot I love this app a lot are u married or have any kids

the carbs are fine really but you may need more activity to use them up.I probably do about that with carbs and around 2k cals, but I am nearly 6ft and I walk a minimum of 10k steps lately been more around 20k. I think the biggest factor for weight loss is keeping it consistent.I am married and do have kids as well.
