Feeling pretty good today but my stomach muscles are hurting. Guess barf muscles aren't used very much. Feels like I've been doing crunches lol. Weight is looking good this week. I should show a nice loss when i weigh in on Monday if i stay on track. Hopefully there won't be a problem sticking. I hate it when the cravings hit and I'm still not dealing well with them.
