Went to gym. I planned on using squat rack but busy and people waiting, bench press benches all taken, finally got to do lat pull downs and tricep pull downs. Had to use free weights for squats, deadlifts, and back rows. Did chest and shoulder presses also

You look fantastic! One of the reasons why I haven’t joined the gym, I would need to find a time to go when I don’t have to wait around to share equipment.

Stormgirl, I usually take classes (bodypump) but 2xs a week I do my own workouts. It's not usually that crowded when I go, not sure what happened this time..

David's princess, thank you!💪💜. Becca, thank you! I am trying but this week has been hard. Lots of family and friends coming through Vegas and they all want to go to dinner. It's hard to eat healthy at Famous Dave's and an Italian restaurant. Today my sister is coming through from a trip to Utah and we are meeting at LazyDog. I can get a semi healthy meal there though.
