So happy that I have met my first goal which was to be under 195. Next goal is under 190. I have found food journaling is definitely helping me with my impulsive eating as well as my shopping habits. Doing most of my shopping in the produce department. I am not perfect but when I eat "off the grid" it is occasionally not daily. When I eat out I am making better choices...maybe a hamburger but with veggies not fries. Had a totally vegan breakfast when I was out this week. While I was lusting after omelets and pancakes I did the right thing and enjoyed the new flavors. Moderation. Determination. The better I am the easier it gets.
