I have never before struggled so hard with a proper balance of eating right and exercising. I seem to have no excuse except I just feel lazy. I have been having issues with my knees but there is plenty of exercising I can be doing that would not aggrevate my knees. I do have a knee doctor appointment on 8/21. I made a reservation for the 5:30 spin class at the gym I am on the waiting list but hope at least one person doesn't show up if not then I will just do some other form of cardio. Even though I usually count WW points this week I am trying to focus on low-carb to help with the bloat.
My husband and I have a wedding to go to on Saturday and I am scared to try on the dress I want to wear. I know I have said it before but I really am going to get back into living a healthy lifestyle which MUST include exercising.
