Tomorrow starts my work week, since I work 12 hour shifts, it's only 3 days!!

Baked a meatless zucchini lasagna and packed lunches for work. Added some cottage cheese with fruit and cherry tomatoes, along with a oikos triple zero yogurt. Packed up breakfast, too. Honey nut Cheerios with mixed nuts and various dried fruits. Keeps well in my scrub jacket pocket for when I get hungry.

Hoping to get to bed early and sleep well. For now I'm off to jump, gotta reach that step goal!!

Thanks all! Day 1 was crazy, so hoping day 2 is better. I have a nursing student doing clinicals hours with me, so at least she is getting to see a lot!
