It's been a hectic couple of weeks. I started my internship and had a death in the family so I haven't been as consistent about logging my food and exercise. I worked out 5 days last week but didn't increase the intensity or length of the workouts as I had been trying to do in weeks past. I have been driving all over the state between work and helping my dad clean out his brother's house, so I haven't been able to cook for myself and have been eating a lot of deli sandwiches and snack food. Time to start logging again! I don't think I've been going way over my calorie limit but I haven't been eating nutritious food and have not been feeling very healthy. My body doesn't agree with a lot of the things I've been putting in it. It's also probably time to increase the number of calories I eat per day but the fact that this website says I only burn a little over 1300 each day without exercise makes me kind of nervous to do so.
