got my hopes high thinking the string around the waste test showed plenty of weight-loss. no, what's happening is actually that my rib cage being smaller, on first glance you think the thing has lots of room, but if you align it with my waist, it's the same. before, my waist was * the smallest part. now it just doesn't change sizes at all whole who knows what happens with the rest of me.
maybe I need more strings in more places.

Try not to focus too much on "visible" changes, even weight can be misleading. Focus on the healthy changes and how you feel, how you look physically will first be noted by you, then people close might eventually take note. The real surprise comes when you see people that you have not seen in awhile, they often notice a shocking jaw drop change, then you know. Don't lose heart, keep going, change takes time.
