contemplating diet. considering making a set regiment of food. So I don't have to think about what to buy or think about what I "feel" like eating. thinking about joining an overeaters anonymous group in town. And thinking about buying a rowing machine. I used to lose weight very well eating lots of fruit for breakfast, mostly papaya, eating homemade gaspacho for lunch and salads for dinner. The gaspacho is the high vitamin C thing - once I read that vitamin C helps burn fat. red peppers in the gaspacho was the fiber thing along with the salad. I used to sqeeze orange juice for more vitamin C and made homemade dressing with lemon juice. I also used to enjoy feta cheese a lot. liquids is just drinking lots of water. about 3 liters/day. 1/2 liter before each meal and after each meal.
