I've started my third week on Wednesday and it's more difficult to stay 'motivated, to do the work out, to not buy those delicious white-chocolate covered Oreos. I keep telling myself to stay strong. It takes 21 days to build up a new habit. Almost there. I hope this urge to give up and give in (despite my weight loss) will pass soon!
