Yesterday was my first day back to the gym after being sick...it kicked my butt! I could only do about 3/4 of the workout I had planned...but I can't beat myself up, that workout was planned for me to start doing it right from my last workout plan. This week will be rough in the gym but next week will be much better. I ate really well yesterday. The only thing I had that I shouldn't have was one cookie! Not a bad day!
