A weekend that included a concert, swim meet, and beach day trip made for 3 days of eating and drinking that were not in alignment with my long term goal to return to 125 pounds. But today (Monday) is a new day!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
