Well, thanks to my daughter she got me back on the exercise track. One vital ingredient to make the exercise/eating plan work for me is to have a schedule worked out the night before so when I wake in the morning I can act upon it. With out this schedule, I fail myself. I ate poorly on Tuesday and Wednesday (so poorly that I couldn't write what I ate) but today I am back on track.
