This is my last weigh in for a month. Weighing daily/weekly isn't helping my progress.
May 1st was my first day without soda. I haven't had any since.
Today, I returned to training with my trainer. Last time I was there was mid-January.
I followed up with my reward, tanning for 6 minutes, then hopped on an elliptical and did 1.5 miles in 10:15.
One day at a time.

Diet followed reasonably well.
