ok so i basically started this to keep track of what I am eating to see where i am going wrong..it has opened my eyes W I D E ...i cant believe the things I am seeing. I am not on a special diet as of now I am just tracking and trying to stay under 1900 calories and do 120 min of cardio in a 7 day week. I am going to see a dietician soon so i may be starting a special diet eventually. I only ever drink diet or calorie free beverages so i typically never have calorie intake from fluids. I have changed my creamer to a low calorie one and sugar to sweet n low. So im just making small changes slowly.
