What do you do when you self sabotage?

I had been doing good... working out, eating right, caring... for over a year!

Then with work, family, and the stress of moving... I just stop caring since early May... and managed to self sabotage ~15lbs in 2.5 months.

Why do we do this? Why is it so simple a psychological defense mechanism?

Time to get back on the horse... time to give a sh*t about life again. Any advise??
