Weight back to Monday's 221.6. Weird thing is I was having trouble sleeping, thought about staying awake at about 3:30am, got on the scale and it was 222.8! Higher than yesterday. I said "ugh" and went back to bed. lol Got back up at a more normal time for me, 5:45, and stepped on the scale again...221.6. I'll take it.

Did well yesterday, enjoyed my one little strawberry muffin. Nice to be able to still enjoy things like that every once in a while. Had Subway for lunch, and chicken tenders for dinner. Today I'm throwing some turkey Italian Sausage in the crockpot with some pasta sauce. Probably serve it up with some brown rice and a salad. Need to get to the market, but my car is still broken (hopefully that will be remedied today).

Since I'm stuck at home, I'm contemplating going through my closet...sorting clothes into "too big", "fits", and "will fit soon"...then box up the "too big" items and get them out of the house. After 11 lbs, I don't think there are that many that are way too big right now, but should be a few things I can purge.

I have often played with getting on the scale at various times during the wee hours of the morning, night, or day and it is amazing how much weight fluctuates!! I'm not surprised at all by your discovery! Very nice to be enjoying your meals ... I do think that is important. Have fun sorting through your closet!

Yeah, I've noticed before that if I awake very early my weight tends to be higher. It's hard, because I have a lot of difficulty sleeping, and am often awake before 4am. When I awake at 6'ish-7'ish is when I can see the most consistent results, those are the ones I trust in most.

That is so strange ... I wonder why that is????

Maybe lack of sleep and metabolism has something to do with it?
