TGIF! It's going to be a gloomy day here, but I'm still glad it's Friday. This weekend I'm hoping to get my garden cleaned up, but other than that I have no plans. Hopefully I can stick to eating healthy and get some exercise in though.
I didn't get a workout done last night. When I got home I had a terrible headache and after we ate and I did some dishes I just wanted to go to bed. Of course I didn't, I had to watch the depressing 2 hour Grey's Anatomy. Today I'm going to try to do my strength workout that I was going to do last night.
My snacking has been getting bad again. I'm not even hungry I just want, I think part of that is TOM, but I need to find my will power. Tonight after work I'm picking up a fruit and veggie basket, so we'll see what treasures are in there and I'll be able to use some them this weekend or maybe tonight for snacks. I always get excited for my basket. :)

The problem with snacking is that once you start its so dang hard to regain the self control. TOM is always difficult for me, so when I'm dying for chocolate I buy one dark chocolate bar and immediately give half of it away lol. Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesnt, but hey at least I didnt have the whole thing! Have a great weekend!

I know how you feel...I get that way sometimes too...and sometimes you have to 'give in' to the craving or it will get worse. Just be mindful of the portions!

Yep, I'm trying my best to keep to portion control and not to give in to every craving. Today I'm craving fast food, but my lunch break will be so late that I will have to eat the frozen dinner I brought in and I have dinner pre-made and ready for my hubby to put in the oven. I did buy myself some pre-portioned dark chocolate almonds the other day, so hopefully I'll be able to stick to one pack and those will help with the chocolate cravings.
