it has been a good few days since I have been on it.. guess I feel less like recording what I am eating when I have been eating poorly but I guess I also eat without measuring when I eat bad.. when I am stuffing my face I hardly take note of how many grams of fat am putting in my mouth.. which answers the question as to why it is important to do it properly..

I have been feeling pretty poorly and ill last few days and have used that as an excuse to eat really badly.. guess first thing to do would be to go back on the multivitamins.. and see if that helps me from falling ill so often and stick to diet and exercise and maybe I won't get exhausted and burn out!
