Hello! My name is Tiffany and I am 20 years old! I have always been heavy for my size. I am only 5'0! So there isn't much room for any extra weight! 2 summers ago I got down to 120 and I kept off the weight for a long time. I got into a relationship and I started to gain weight! So here I am back at stage one, luckily I am in the 120's and not heavier, as I have been before! I started dieting before I went on vacation to see my family. I was down to 126! After going on vacation I gained it all back! What can I say.. Not much to do in the Midwest other than to eat & drink! Well I am leaving to go to St. Croix in less than a week (Sunday to be specific) and I want to be below 126. I will be happy if I am 123. Last summer I was around 120 and I would be happy with that to, but in a week only so much can be done! I am eating healthy. Watching serving sizes and portions! We will see how it goes. I plan on losing weight before & after my vacations!
