Just have Rice dal and vegetalbe in Lunch .And same Rice Dal and vegetalbe at night sometime on Sunday Chicken.Also in breakast mostly 3 roti and omletter and at evenign snacks 1 Good Day biscut 70=80 gms also me riding cycle form 17:30 to 19:00hrs weeks days and saturday.And Hence Weight Remained Constant.Also nowadays eating banana after lunch and dinner.
