So I did it! I couldn't stop myself from celebrating... I had a plate of Sheera or Semolina Pudding... I regret it :( It has set me back real bad - 415Kcal... That would be a 1.5 hour walk... I plan to probable walk back home after rehearsal tonight :) Hoping it works!!!

Yep, don't beat yourself up about it. You are in the early stages of a reset so there will be a blip or two. That pudding sounds good. Get to walking it off :)
