On January 2, 2015, I weighed in at 192.7 lbs. I was trying to do the lchf program, but was still drinking wine in the evenings and was not only NOT losing I was gaining weight.

I stopped drinking wine with my dinner and started Atkins 1972 version. I also started reading food labels, cut back on portions, and starting drinking more water daily. I lost 8.8 lbs.

I have not begun and exercise routine yet, but look forward to it soon.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
